Terms of agreement
This text is an Agreement between the company “ Flyme ” on the territory of Ukraine, hereinafter referred to as “ Flyme ”, and the user of the site services, hereinafter referred to as the “Buyer” and determines the conditions for purchasing goods through the website www.flyme.ua, hereinafter referred to as the “Site”.
1. Basic provisions.
1.1. This Agreement is concluded between the Buyer and C aytom at the time of ordering.
1.2. The information posted on the Site contains the terms of the offer for the purchase of goods and is a public offer, the status of which is enshrined in Article 633 of the Civil Code of Ukraine (GKU). Acceptance is the fact of placing an order for the proposed product .
1.3. When placing an order, the Buyer agrees to the conditions stipulated by this Agreement by checking the box "I agree with the terms of the Agreement" when placing the order.
1.4. Any individual or legal entity capable of accepting and paying for goods on the territory of Ukraine can make a purchase on the Flyme website .
1.5. The goods are paid for by transferring the order amount to the card
2. Information about goods
2.1. The product is presented in the catalog through photo samples, which are the property of the Site.
2.2. Each sample photo is accompanied by text information: article, price and description of the product.
2.3 P on the request of the Buyer of the Site Manager must provide (by phone or e-mail) other information necessary and sufficient, in terms of the Buyer, for its decision to purchase the goods.
2.4. The price of the goods indicated on the Site can be changed unilaterally.
2.5. In the event of a change in the price of the goods ordered by the Buyer, the Site manager informs the Buyer about it (by phone or via e-mail) as soon as possible to receive confirmation or cancellation of the order. If it is impossible to contact the Buyer, this order is considered canceled.
2.6. The goods sold by the online store are marked with information about the main consumer properties of the goods, the method of its use, and the location of the seller.
3. The procedure for purchasing goods on the site
3.1. Orders are accepted through the website and official pages on social networks.
3.2. The site buyer has the right to order any product provided on the Site, as well as in any quantity. Product Mauger be both available and can be created in the flow and 8 days. The order can be placed by the Buyer in the following ways: made by phone, by e-mail or placed independently on the Site.
3.3. To place an order when buying a product that is not in stock, the Buyer is given the opportunity to purchase the product in standard sizes
3.4. In the absence of goods in stock, the Manager of the company is obliged to inform the Buyer (by phone or via e-mail)
3.5. In the absence of goods in stock, the Buyer has the right to replace it with a product of a similar model, refuse this product, and cancel the order.
3.6. The buyer has the right to refuse the order at any time before payment and acceptance of the order for work, notifying by phone or via e-mail. After payment and sending the order to work, cancellation of the goods is possible.
4. Payment for the order
4.1. An order made on the Site is paid by the Buyer by transferring funds to a bank card. The Buyer has the right to ask the Manager to provide another method of payment. In case , if the possibility to pay in another way is possible, Menezher provides the necessary information for payment in another way.
4.2. Payment for the order must be made by the Buyer by 100% advance transfer of funds to the card account of the Site. The fact of payment is a fact confirming the Buyer's desire to receive the selected product, which is available.
4.3. If funds are not received , the Site reserves the right to cancel the order.
5 . Delivery and transfer of goods to the Buyer
5.1. Delivery of goods purchased on the site is carried out by courier services throughout Ukraine, countries of the world.
5.2 Sending the ordered goods in Ukraine, countries of the world in stock is made within 1-3 business days from the date of confirmation of the order by the Buyer Saturday Sunday and public holidays are not business days.
5.4. Delivery of goods is paid by the buyer. Upon delivery within Ukraine, payment for the services of the courier company is made by the Buyer upon receipt of the goods. Delivery within Russia and other countries of the world is paid at the time of ordering.
6. Procedure for the return of good quality goods
6 . 1. Return of goods to the online store is made in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine.
6.2. Return of goods to the online store is at the expense of the Buyer.
6.3. When the Buyer returns the goods of good quality, the online store returns to him the amount paid for the goods upon the return of the goods minus the compensation for the costs of the online store associated with the delivery of the goods to the Buyer.
7 . Other
7 .1. The Flyme website reserves the right to expand and reduce the product offer on the Website, regulate access to the purchase of any products, and suspend or stop the sale of any products at its sole discretion .
7 . 2 . The online store reserves the right to unilaterally amend this agreement, subject to its preliminary publication on the website https://flyme.ua/
7 .3. The buyer is responsible for the accuracy of the information specified during the ordering process. At the same time , when making an acceptance (placing an order and subsequent payment for the goods), the Buyer provides the Seller with his unconditional consent to the collection, processing, storage, use of his personal data, in the understanding of the Law of Ukraine "On the Protection of Personal Data".
7.4 . The actual date of the electronic agreement between the parties is the date of acceptance of the conditions, in accordance with Art. 11 of the Law of Ukraine "On Electronic Commerce"
7.5 . Using the resource of the online store for previewing the product, as well as for placing an order for the Buyer, is free.
7 . 6 . The information provided by the Buyer is confidential. The online store uses information about the Buyer solely for the purpose of processing the order, sending notifications to the Buyer, delivering goods, making settlements, etc. More about security policy
7 . 7 . This Agreement shall be considered in the form as it is published on the Site and shall be applied and interpreted in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine.
