Delivery terms:
On average, delivery takes 1-3 days, during order confirmation, our managers will agree with you the delivery date before sending the goods. After sending the order, you will receive an SMS message with the declaration number. You can clarify the specific date of receipt of your order on the website of the company "New Mail".

Important:
The representative of the New Mail will only deliver the package to the person indicated on the order form, so you will need an identification document.

Before shipping, all goods are checked and insured at full cost.

Payment Methods
 

Cash on delivery:
Payment in cash upon receipt of goods is possible in all settlements in Ukraine.

Payment is made after checking the composition of the parcel for compliance with the order and the sales receipt exclusively in national currency.

Cashless payment:
Payment by bank transfer is carried out in the following way:

after placing the order, the store manager will send you an invoice by e-mail, which you can pay at the cash desk of any bank or from your company’s current account. For legal entities, a package of all necessary documents is provided.

When choosing a non-cash payment method, delivery of the order is possible after receipt of funds in our current account.
